MyPenn

MyPenn is the online community for the entire University of Pennsylvania and your portal to access an alumni directory. Mark your footprint with Penn by keeping your directory information up to date to receive important event information and updates from the University.

Teaching Assistant

Come work with us as a Teaching Assistant after graduation! Alumni who are located in the United States are eligible to apply.

Alumni Resources 

Penn has a variety of resources available to you as an alum as you are navigating your career. Be sure to save your PennKey and password in order to access some of these items. Links to many of these resources can be found in the Graduation Course.

Handshake

Access to extensive job boards, internship reviews from 700+ member schools, and virtual events. Current students and alumni can access Handshake using their PennKey and password.

MCIT Online Career Services Seminar Series

Alumni will continue to have access to these videos allowing you to refresh skill-building techniques as you continue your career journey past graduation. A direct link to this resource is available in the Graduation Course. 

One-on-One Career Advising

Emily Parry, Associate Director of Professional Development and Networking, is available to all Penn Engineering Online alumni for one-on-one advising. Alumni may schedule up to three appointments with Emily per 12-month period. Appointments may include resume review, job search advice, interview prep, etc. A link to schedule an appointment with Emily is available in the Graduation Course.

The University of Pennsylvania’s Penn Alumni website is a hub for lots of helpful information. In particular, we recommend checking out the Penn Alumni Career Networking tools.

Alumni Email Address

Your SEAS email account will be deactivated the October following your graduation. You may opt into an alumni email account – username@alumni.upenn.edu – this can be obtained from the Penn Alumni website. We recommend forwarding email from your terminated SEAS account to your new Penn alumni account.

Penn Library Access

Penn Libraries provide alumni with access to a suite of library-licensed e-resources for personal, non-commercial use.
