Alumni Club Programming

Penn Alumni Regional Clubs connect thousands of alumni with one another through hundreds of events each year. The following events are examples of how clubs host programming that fosters continued connection and engagement after graduation. 

Social & Networking Events

PennNYC organizes frequent happy hours, cultural evenings, and reunions for recent graduates. The Penn Club of Chicago offers activities such as park picnics, book mixers, and summer meet-ups, while the Penn Club of Hartford hosts wine-tasting networking events.

Community Service & Social Impact

In Sarasota, the local alumni club partners with Southeastern Guide Dogs to sponsor guide-dog puppies—a tradition sustained for over a decade. They once raised more than $5,000 in a single year. In Seattle, alumni support the Ronald McDonald House and other nonprofit organizations.

Outdoor & Cultural Activities

Alumni clubs facilitate a variety of outdoor adventures, including weekend hikes organized by the Cleveland and Atlanta clubs, and guided explorations of national parks through “Discover the American West” experiences.

Family-Oriented Programming

Child-friendly events such as sports clinics and museum tours provide opportunities for family engagement while fostering community amongst alumni.

Virtual Speaker Series
