Penn Engineering Online degree students receive the same high-quality instruction as on-campus students and they will graduate with the exact same degree and diploma (not an “online” or “extended” degree). Even though Penn Engineering Online students aren’t physically present on campus, they still belong to a thriving community where they interact with campus-based faculty as well as other online students.
Penn Engineering Online students will have ongoing access to Penn Engineering faculty and TAs through live office hours and discussion forums. Courses are taught by research faculty as well as teaching faculty. Students will also have access to a wide range of student services as well as the Penn Engineering Online Academic Support Team.
We offer both Fall and Spring start dates. Applications for the Fall term open in early January and are due in May. For the Spring term, applications opens in early June and are due in October.
