How to Apply

It’s always a good idea to start preparing your application early. Requirements differ by program, so choose your program of interest below to see the specific application details.

Academic Experience

Penn Engineering Online students will have ongoing access to Penn Engineering faculty and TAs through live office hours and discussion forums. Courses are taught by research faculty as well as teaching faculty. Students will also have access to a wide range of student services as well as the Penn Engineering Online Academic Support Team.

How We Evaluate Candidates

Applications are evaluated holistically as a complete portfolio. In general, we look for students who we expect will succeed in, benefit from, and contribute to Penn Engineering Online. We want to see who you are as a person and why you want to be here.

Important Dates and Deadlines

We offer both Fall and Spring start dates. Applications for the Fall term open in early January and are due in May. For the Spring term, applications opens in early June and are due in October.
