Connect with Employers

Employers recruit at Penn because they know our graduates have the skills they’re looking for. We offer several ways for you to meet potential employers throughout the program:

Virtual Career Fair

Engage with employers at our online career fair. Held each fall on Penn’s online recruiting platform, the event features group and one-on-one meetings.

Employer Information Sessions

Connect with companies through online information sessions. It’s a great way to learn about organizations and explore opportunities.

S.P.A.R.C. (Side Projects for Advancement, Refinement and Collaboration)

This summer-long competition gives you the opportunity to collaborate with a small team of classmates on a technical side project. As you work through technical problems to showcase outcomes and solutions, you’ll build the skills that employers are looking for.

Alumni Outcomes

Our alumni go on to careers with top employers like Amazon, Apple, Atlassian, Google, and Microsoft. They’re working around the world as software engineers, data scientists, product managers and more.
