Associate Dean Boon Thau Loo, who oversees academic and admissions operations in all doctoral, master’s and professional programs at the School of Engineering and Applied Science, including Penn Engineering Online, is also a teaching faculty member in Computer Science. He is a member of the Penn database group, leads the NetDB@Penn research team, and is the Director of the Distributed Systems Laboratory.
