What does an equivalent degree mean for MSE-AI Online Admission?

The online Master of Science in Engineering in Artificial Intelligence (MSE-AI Online) program is designed for professionals who want to advance in their careers and keep up with the fast-changing world of AI. To qualify for admission, applicants must meet have an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, or Computer Engineering, or an equivalent degree.

An equivalent degree is a degree that involves computer science or computer engineering course work. Basically, an equivalent degree should have similar course work as the CS or CE degree. Please note that degrees that are highly quantitative but not in computer science or computer engineering may not qualify for this program.

In addition to the online application, you’ll need to submit a personal statement, letters of recommendation, transcripts, and a resume, along with English Profiency scores if you’re an international applicant or a non-U.S. citizen/permanent resident.
